Beth Baxter Promoted to Area Operations Specialist for Legacy Senior Living and Dominion Senior Living

Cleveland, Tenn. (Dec. 2024) — Legacy Senior Living is thrilled to announce the promotion of Beth Baxter to the position of Area Operations Specialist. Baxter joined Dominion Senior Living as Executive Director of their Hixson campus in 2016, where she opened the premier assisted living and memory care community. In late 2020, she became the Campus Executive Director of Hixson and opened Everlan by Dominion, a luxury, 89-unit independent living community. In her new role as Area Operations Specialist, Baxter will additionally support Dominion Senior Living of Athens in Athens, TN and Legacy Village of Cleveland in Cleveland, TN.

After graduating from Carolina University with a social work degree, Baxter began her career as a hospital social worker. Since then, she has spent the past 20 years working along the entire continuum of aging care, working in hospitals, acute rehabilitation, assisted living and independent living communities.

Baxter and her husband of 22 years, Eric, live in the Chattanooga area with their teenage son, Bennett. Baxter loves spending time with family and friends, volunteering on the Board of Directors for YMCA-North River and enjoying the outdoor beauty and peace of the Tennessee Valley.
