Cleveland, Tenn. (February, 2024) — Legacy Senior Living and Dominion Senior Living, who operate a family of senior living and memory care communities across the eastern United States, have promoted Chris Pepper to Area Operations Specialist. With over 11 years of senior living leadership experience, Pepper will help support Legacy and Dominion communities in South Carolina.

Pepper began his career with Dominion Senior Living in July of 2018 as Executive Director in Anderson, South Carolina and was promoted to the Campus Director in Clemson, South Carolina in September 2021.

With a degree in Healthcare Management from Lander University, Pepper chose to work in the senior living industry to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families. He has always sought to bring out the best in those that he serves and strives to always show God’s grace and love to everyone he encounters.

“It is so rewarding to see Chris grow as he steps into this position. Chris is a man of integrity and is greatly respected by his team, co-workers, residents, and families alike,” said Doug Veazey, COO of Legacy Senior Living. “We are so grateful for the leadership and contribution Chris will bring to his region and to the company as a whole,” Veazey continued.

In his free time, Pepper loves to spend time with his wife of ten years, Marlee, and his growing family of two sons, Mason and Wells, with another one on the way. When he’s not coaching his son’s sport teams, Pepper can be found golfing, exercising, and enjoying the great outdoors.
