Legacy Senior Living Names Dion Mathis and Tennekka Jones as Regional Dining Services Specialists

Both experienced chefs will support the dining services directors at 15 locations across the eastern United States which are operated by the Cleveland, Tenn.-based family of senior living communities

CLEVELAND, Tenn. – Legacy Senior Living, which operates a family of senior living and memory care communities across the eastern United States, has named Dion Mathis and Tennekka Jones as Regional Dining Services Specialists.

Since its founding in 2006, Legacy Senior Living has been committed to providing healthy, delicious food at every meal, providing a restaurant-like experience for its residents. Both Mathis, who serves as Director of Dining Services at Legacy Village at Park Regency in Moultrie, Georgia, since 2020, and Jones, who serves as Director of Dining Services at Renaissance Senior Living in Vero Beach, Florida, since 2017, will share responsibilities supporting the individual dining service programs at all 15 communities operated by Legacy Senior Living.

Mathis, who has been in the food industry for over 25 years, will serve the residents of Legacy Village of Park Regency in Moultrie, Ga.; Legacy Village of Plantation Manor in Thomasville, Ga.; Legacy Village of Tifton (Ga.); Legacy Village of Hendersonville (Tenn.); The Harbor at Hickory Hill in Prattville, Ala.; Legacy Village of Jacksonville (Ala.); and The Harbor at Opelika (Ala.)

“I am extremely excited to play a part in providing an outstanding food service experience for our residents in every community! The enjoyment of food is very personal to all of us, and that experience should be a delight for everyone we serve,” said Mathis.

Jones, has been in the food industry for over 25 years, will serve the residents of Renaissance Senior Living of Vero Beach (Fla.), Renaissance Senior Living of Annandale (Va.); The Harbor at Renaissance in Stanardsville, Va.; Renaissance Senior Living of Hilldale in Madison, Wis.; Renaissance Marquis in Rome, Ga.; The Harbor at Douglasville (Ga.); and Legacy Village of Cleveland (Tenn.).
