The TownView, a Luxury Senior Living Community, to Open in 2018

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (January 8, 2018) – WDS Commercial Development announces the redevelopment of The TownView, a Luxury Senior Living Community in downtown Johnson City. The 93,000 square-foot state-of-the-art senior living community will feature 85 deluxe independent living apartments.

Ideally situated in downtown Johnson City at 114 West Fairview Ave., The TownView was built in 1922 and once served many local residents as Memorial Hospital. The facility previously underwent an extensive renovation and currently has more renovations underway, including secured onsite resident parking.

With its beautiful art deco design and homelike character, The TownView will offer three independent living options: studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The premier senior living community will also feature a five-story sector that will include deluxe penthouse apartments with courtyard views.

WDS Commercial Development has engaged Cleveland, Tenn.-based Legacy Senior Living to provide professional management services. Legacy Senior Living owns and operates a family of premier senior living communities throughout the Southeast.
