Public Invited to Groundbreaking Ceremony for Legacy Village of Cleveland, Premier Senior Living Facility, April 25

58,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care facility to be built on the former site of Rolling Hills Golf Course

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (April 24, 2017) – Local business and civic leaders will gather to celebrate the groundbreaking of Legacy Village of Cleveland, a 71-unit premier senior living facility, at a public ceremony on Tuesday, April 25, at 11 a.m.

The ceremony, which is open to the public, will be held at 2255 Candies Lane, the former site of Rolling Hills Golf Course, adjacent to Legacy Village of Cleveland’s management company, Legacy Senior Living.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from speakers Barry Ray and Bryan Cook, president and chief operating officer, respectively, of Legacy Senior Living.

When it opens for occupancy in summer 2018, Legacy Village of Cleveland will be a 58,000-square-foot facility offering 71 deluxe apartment units serving residents with assisted living and memory care needs.

The assisted living wing will offer the choice of large studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. The memory care wing will offer studio, companion and one-bedroom suites.

Legacy Village of Cleveland will offer a chapel, library, exercise room, nice activities room, spacious lobby with a fireplace and beautiful views of the rolling hills. Outdoor spaces will include a gazebo, walking areas and event spaces, including an outdoor kitchen.
