Gary Sulzbach Named Director of Physical Plant Support for Legacy Senior Living

Cleveland-Based Company Operates 11 Assisted Living and Memory Care Facilities across Southeast

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (February 13, 2017) – Gary Sulzbach, of Cleveland, has joined Legacy Senior Living, Cleveland, Tenn.-based management company of assisted living and memory care facilities, as the director of physical plant support.

Sulzbach was hired after leading Legacy in their new office renovation and has provided the company with contract support at various locations over the last 10 years. He joins the Legacy team with 40 years of experience in various construction businesses, and has also owned Edge Construction Company for over 20 years. Sulzbach brings over eight years’ experience as the director of physical plant for another long-term care management company, where he oversaw 14 buildings.

Sulzbach is a licensed general contractor with the State of Tennessee and also holds a current State Limited Electrical license.

In this new role, Sulzbach will be supporting all Legacy Senior Living facilities and acting as owner’s representative for the upcoming facility in Cleveland, Legacy Village of Cleveland. He will be visiting each of the company’s 11 existing senior living communities to perform physical plant inspections to identify areas for improvement. He will also support all Legacy maintenance directors.
