CLEVELAND, Tenn. (January 4, 2016) – Legacy Senior Living, which operates a family of senior living communities throughout the Southeast, has completed an extensive transformation of the former Rolling Hills Golf Course clubhouse into its new corporate headquarters.

The newly renovated facility, situated at 2235 Candies Lane, was showcased to the public at an open house last month.

The former clubhouse has undergone extensive change over the last ten years. In 2007, the Rolling Hills Golf Course sold the building to Westmore Church of God, which remodeled it for youth group activities. The church later sold the facility to Legacy Senior Living, which recently renovated it into a beautiful new corporate office space.

“This facility has a lot of history in the Cleveland community, and we are honored to have it as our new offices. We added on a nice conference room, two new offices and transformed the basement into a professional development center, where we will hold company trainings,” Barry Ray, president of Legacy Senior Living, said.

“Legacy Senior Living is excited to have grown its Cleveland-based support team over the past few years. This new facility gives us much more room as we continue to grow and add employees to our team,” Bryan Cook, COO of Legacy Senior Living, said.

The new corporate office is adjacent to the site of Legacy Village of Cleveland, a 56,000-square-foot senior living facility under development on neighboring land formerly used by the Rolling Hills Golf Course. Targeted for opening in spring 2018, the Cleveland senior living facility will offer 38 assisted living suites and 32 memory care studio suites.

In addition to a dining room and a viewing deck with incredible views of the rolling hills, Legacy Village amenities will include a chapel, fitness center, private dining room, activity/craft areas, fireplace lounges and a media café.

Legacy Village of Cleveland will also feature The Harbor - a specially designed, nationally recognized memory care wing that reflects a 1950’s interior design that is intended to ‘take residents back to a happier time’.
